Just not coordinated My car needed service work and body work. The dealership could coordinate the services across the parking lot of their own place. They was no communic My car needed service work and body work. The dealership could coordinate the services across the parking lot of their own place. They was no communication and no coordination, with fingers pointing to the 'other' service as the problem. Complaints to managers and requests to talk to managers went unanswered. It appears that Germain has jus grown too big. I'd recommend staying with a smaller dealership. I now use Coughlin in Heath - very responsive and customer-focused. More

Took it in this time for oil change and tire rotation and explained again about the noise. This time it was diagnosed correctly with what everyone on the streets were telling me.
