I hooked up with Norm in 2009 and he has taken care of me since. I walk in to the showroom and the other sale people are super friendly. You are part of a family with Germain Toyota. They listen to what you want and need and try to get you in the right vehicle. If you want a quality vehicle and a fair price See norm and he will take care of you. I got out to check it out and Kenny popped out to see if I needed any help, I asked him if the car was sold already and he said the customer had backed out of buying it. I said good I'll buy it. I scheduled my appointment w/Andrew Frobel and he was my primary contact at Germain. He assisted me with my questions and then we test drove a RAV4. When features (additional cost) required a choose a different car, he was right there to help with that. He always had a smile on his face... and it wasn't fake... he meant it, which I truly appreciated. Bottom line... I drove my new RAV4 home last night and this was a thoroughly positive evening. Sure it took several hours, but it had to be right... and Andrew made sure it was. I would buy a car from him and Germain any day. Thanks, Sharon Wright More

Scammer stealership First off, their sales team are horrible! They made me signed all the paperworks after agreed that it would be finalized on next monday so I can take First off, their sales team are horrible! Oh boy I was wrong, about a week or so later, they be calling me that they cannot find anyone to finance me for it and have to take it back. Ok sure no problem, but then they be subtracting all the fees and mileage usage on that vehicle from my deposit money! They literally forced me to get a vehicle from them on the spot or else lose more than half of my deposit! That's outrageously scamming!! Then now my second issue encounter with this place that made me have to reviews them on everyplace I can find and report to toyota headquarter hotline for their shady business. So I took my truck (lifted) in for an Alignment, I also know that they don't do lifted truck alignment so I asked them Multiple times if they know and can do it, they talked about 5 mins or so and said yes, So Im like ok. Then It was aligned and it was good for a day till I drive my truck again. Literally less than 300miles on the alignment job and already back to alignment issue?! Their service director Henry is his name mentioned that "Your tires uneven treads causes alignment issues" And they won't refund or attempt to fix it! xxx is kind of response and service is this?! They did not even provide me with the alignment sheet after my previous service there when I asked for it! Shady business as it's best! Then I went to Toyota West for help. And found out, Germain Toyota pulled my steering rack/wheel and move it around so that I won't know that they don't know how to do an alignment at all! Now I lost $311 and some changes to a job that wasn't even done right that actually caused more problems than I wanted to the vehicles and my safety! I wasted my time and money on this place and not even a manager willing to talk to me back?! Please stay away from this place at all cost! They're just there for your money! More

Was planning for another dealer near my place but commitment and having a SPOC for all queries made me go for you guys. And I am glad that I did change my mind. Normally i would disregard, but this is the first contact I've had from the dealership since I purchased my vehicle two months ago. The response I was actually looking for was to address two issues: my rental car return and my key. I had to rent a car from Toledo and drive to Columbus in order to purchase this car. I was promised by the dealership that they would return the rental car to the Columbus airport after I left. Then I get a message from my agent, Lincoln, stating that they didn't return it the same day. My rental car bill went from $40 to $150+. After sending numerous messages (with no response) I eventually sent a copy of my invoice to the dealership requesting someone to contact me. What did I get.. this email months later asking me to give a rating. So here I am. Second, I was only give one broken key fob. I was told they would look into not only fixing this fob, but providing me with a duplicate key. So now I have a flip fob, with a key that can't be pushed back down into it, no second key, and again no response from the dealership. I put trust in the dealership to follow up on their word. The only thing they followed up on was making sure they got a review. If anyone at the dealership cares, please contact me. You took your commision check and ran. If you want to be considered as the stereotypical "car sales people", you nailed it. (one last note - the detailing on the car was awful) More
