Hi Rich, The Main fact that made me rate yall this bad is due to the service issue! My alignment was done isn't even 300 miles yet and its already bad! And responding that my tire wear issue causes the alignment issues?! Thats lazy answer! Additionally, yall service center refused to fix the problem nor do they willing to help to correct problems they created! Pulled my steering aside just because yall don't know how to align big truck. Should've decline to service my vehicle if you can't do it, just to take my money and screw me over! All alignment job should at least a few thounsands miles not hundreds! Now yall made me spend another $222.53 just to fix something that should've been done right in the first place! Can't even believe that yall don't offer me to get it re-align!!
