No hassle, patient sales team. I had the bug to purchase a daily driver after my current vehicle was starting to show it's age after 12 years. I called around to several dealerships I had the bug to purchase a daily driver after my current vehicle was starting to show it's age after 12 years. I called around to several dealerships to setup test drives with multiple cars because I wanted to get the car I like the most. I went to Germain Toyota for my first test drive that morning. When I got there, the car was already in the garage ready to go. The test drive lasted about 20 minutes and I was given the chance to drive the car on streets as well as the highway. After the test drive, we went inside to discuss the price of the car. I let the salesman know that I had other test drive appointments that day, but I would let him know when I made a decision. He had absolutely no problems with this, and did not try to keep me at the dealership. After going to a few other dealerships, I felt absolutely haggled at them. They tried different techniques to keep me at the dealership despite telling them I had other appointments to test drive other cars. One dealership actually offered to let me drive their car, to a different dealership that I was headed to for a different test drive. It was very off-putting, and I wasn't happy about it at all. At the end of the day, I had visited 4 dealerships, and test drove 5 cars. The other 3 dealerships were not even close in regards to Germain's no-haggle, customer first attitude. I was very happy to call Germain back that evening to let them know that I wanted to purchase the car I had test drove. I went back that evening, completed the purchase, and was out the door with my new car in no time. I never felt like I was being forced into a bad situation. Everyone there was friendly and very accommodating. I will certainly refer friends and family to any Germain dealership in the future when they are car shopping. More
