I must say that I felt well cared for with Germain wanting to make things right. While we can't go back in time to change my previous experience, the follow up done as a result of this review helped. I was given some further explanations and they detailed my vehicle very nicely which I much appreciated. I've been going to this dealership for many years and I have been very satisfied with the service.
