I spent two weeks researching and shopping around the area I live Dayton/Cincinnati and was unable to find what I was looking for. Other dealerships are to impersonal/fake and do not offer quality used vehicles. I expanded my search to Columbus and it was well worth the near two hour drive. I did not need to look any further. A stressful unexpected purchase was turned around immediately. Tony Shaw and the other staff we came in contact with were wonderful. It turned from a business transaction to just old friends sitting around talking. Any issues concerns I had were immediately addressed and resolved. I would never consider shopping any where else. I feel like a permanent part of the Germain family. More
