Patient, understanding and helpful From the beginning they made my experience a pleasant one. I had recently bought a car at another dealer (experience was not pleasant, too pressured a From the beginning they made my experience a pleasant one. I had recently bought a car at another dealer (experience was not pleasant, too pressured and felt rushed to buy a car which i did and afterwards found that i overpaid for the car by $2000 and 3 months later i was then in an accident and totaled my car. Dealing with that had me up against a wall and I really wasnt looking forward to car dealing again. But from the start Marlin and Leo made the experience a pleasant one and they helped me find a car that was within my means and even helped to get a couple of things fixed on it that I found wrong with it after I bought it. if I hear of any of anyone needing a vehicle I will definitely give them your names and send them to Germain Toyota of Columbus for their car buying needs. They definitely made this process better than my last one. Thanks so much. Everyone I came in contact were very nice. More

All Military stay away! During a busy time of year, I felt pushed to make appointments that I was unable to make. I wrote an email.to inform Aaron that I was unable to make it. I was finally able to make time to come in to make a purchase. This was a big mistake! Aaron was very rude and a useless car salesman! Let me start with the useless part, I wrote it explaining that I was already pre-approved for a loan from USAA and Navy Fed. My wife was pregnant and we were looking to purchase right away, so I wanted to talk price through email to avoid any extra xx. Well he tells me he has a great price on 2 vehicles. Then when I get there one was sold, and the other was the sticker price on the vehicle. So when I try to talk him down on the price since there was no difference on my quote. He looks at me like I'm crazy that I would want the best price for my family and I. Completely useless, I could of spoken to a wall and looked at your lot online to get the same price. So now the rude part. When I get there my family and I were about an hour past what time he wanted us there but this isn't a interview and it is the holidays (show me 1 family who isn't busy). After talking to my wife and him about the price we came to a price which I expected a counter offer like any where else. But instead I was told that I'm out of my mind, and since I missed 2 appointments and was late to this one that this was the set price or we don't have a deal. Aaron wasted my time was rude and I wouldnt but a brand new car from him for $.01. I have made it clear to my veteran co-workers and anyone I speak to to stay away from this dealership. Thanks for nothing! Buyers Toyota was awsome, after this long waste of time (Aaron) I left and made an awsome deal with Buyers! More

Teresa Wilson is one of the service advisors at Germain Toyota and is typically the person that greets me when I take my vehicle in for service during Teresa Wilson is one of the service advisors at Germain Toyota and is typically the person that greets me when I take my vehicle in for service during the morning. Teresa is always cheerful, helpful, friendly and most importantly, courteous! It's nice to work with someone who has people skills and represents her employer in such a positive way. Although I have not had as much interaction with other personnel in the service department, others I have met were very professional and courteous. I have been able to ask additional questions about service related items and never felt like I was being rushed or hurried. I would recommend this dealership for sales and service. More

Just purchased my 4th Prius from Germain Toyota of Columbus! I just purchased my 4th Prius from Germain Toyota of Columbus, and my 2nd Prius from salesman Greg White. We met Greg in 2013 while shopping for our t I just purchased my 4th Prius from Germain Toyota of Columbus, and my 2nd Prius from salesman Greg White. We met Greg in 2013 while shopping for our third Prius. We had such a great experience working with him that when we decided to purchase our fourth Prius this year (2014), the only salesperson I would work with was Greg White. When I contacted the online chat to ask about his hours for the following day, he was the one who answered the chat! Greg White is honest and straightforward. My husband and I went into the dealership knowing the price we were willing to pay, one that was fair to both the dealership and to us, and Greg worked with us to get to that price. He made sure we got a good price for our trade-in vehicle. He processed the paperwork and made sure we had completed the sale and were out of the dealership, driving home in our new car in record time. Whenever I talk to anyone about cars, I always send them to Greg White at Germain Toyota of Columbus! More
