We are disappointed to learn that your overall experience was not the quality experience we work hard to deliver to all our guests and apologize for any misunderstandings. First and foremost, we would not accept any associate to not be accepting of a family dynamic. We do offer a playroom area that allows for one parent to visit with their children if they wish. It is never our intention for the offer of this option to be offensive. During the process, you had purchased the interior and exterior protection which we had already applied to your vehicle and were unable to remove once you changed your mind. First I would like to say thank you for reaching out to me. I didn’t not make up my mind about the interior and exterior protection but was told I couldn’t remove it cause the Fanacial manager showed me a text that he has already asked them to do it. So I didn’t want to make that an issue. Yes I was happy I got the car I needed and I didn’t want one bad moment to change my whole mood. Nways all I ask is family is welcomed and no one should be annoyed with people who have little kids or show they they annoyed. I was bringing business and I just wished that Tom was not annoyed with my children. And I was never told about a playroom Nways appreciate you reaching out to me. Thanks

I disagree about working relentlessly, it’s been 7 months which would be plenty of time to have found out this issue and I have been offered 2 cars that aren’t comparable, unfortunately because of the timeframe it has taken your company to finally tell me you can’t give me a title the cost of used cars have seen a large inflation this year and the cars you have offered are either 3 years older or a lower model that didn’t offer what I was looking for when I traded in my car. You said I could choose a comparable car but what you should have said is I could choose a car that you pick. I’m a small business owner and in 13 years I have never once messed up on something and expect my customer to pay for my mistakes or be inconvenienced with something they weren’t looking for because of my mistake! The logic of this company is insulting and I have now had to spend more money due to your mistakes and failures to make it right in a timely manner
