We pulled into the used car lot at Germain Toyota and was greeted by Chris Wilson. I felt comfortable within the 1st couple of minutes of talking with him. He was friendly, he listened and seemed very interested in what we wanted not what he wanted to sell us. The selection of Corollas was excellent and it didn't take us very long to buy the one my daughter fell in love with. It was a 2010 Corolla with 17,000 miles.After a few minutes of negotiations the car was my daughters. The service was excellent, the price was right, and the whole transaction went smoothly.I would highly recommend this dealership and Chris Wilson to anyone in the market for a used vehicle. More

My 2003 PT Cruiser did not hold up under the onslaught of below zero temperatures and died on me. I did not have a way to get to work at my downtown office from the Brice Road area. A recent ankle injury prevents me from taking a bus. I got online and searched for another car. I knew I wanted a Toyota, because I;d had excellent service out of my Toyota Rav 4 before I traded it for the PT Cruiser. The very next morning I got a very nice email from Mr. James Byers telling me he would like to try to help me find a car. He followed up the email with a call around an hour or so later, and sounded just as sincere as his email. He took some information from me over the phone and not long after got me preapproved for a vehicle! I fell in love with my Toyota Prius after the test drive and Mr. Byers got me into the car I wanted! At a price I could afford! My entire experience from test drive to purchase was great! Mr. Byers was pleasant, didn't pressure me to make a decision and I will DEFINITELY go back and see him when I am ready to buy another car! Thank you so much! MW More
Brian was very professional and friendly. He really appreciated my business and I felt like Mayor of Town during the purchase process. He treated me really good. I noticed my car was pulling towards left because of bad alignment after driving few highway miles after the purchase. I called Brian and make him aware of it. Germain Toyota is far from where I live. That's why Brain told me to get it repaired some place closer to me. He told me that he will take care of me. And, yes, he sent me a check for the repair cost. What a guy and what a great service. I will call him for all my auto needs from now on. More

These people make what could be considered a 'painful' experience into a nearly painless one (putting down a large sum of $ is painful unless it's all pocket change to you). Jojo was great at being personable and listening to what I was looking for and didn't hound me about a trade, my credit score, or any other subject I wasn't interested in focusing on. He also gave me time to make my decision off to the side, whether or not to keep looking, or get a vehicle with them. I ended up going with their vehicle and haven't lost sleep over it. Id recommend making them your first stop if you are checking out used vehicles in Columbus. More

My call was incorrectly transferred to Jesse rather than a manager. Instead of correctly redirecting my call as asked he proceeded to inquire why I needed a manager. I understand it maybe protocol to initially ask how can he help, however after I insisted to speak with a manager he then refused to transfer me and lied saying none of the managers were working. Of course upon calling the receptionist she stated 2 managers were working before being correctly transferred. I'd advise him to work on his customer service skills. More
Both Sales and Finance were very pleasant and outgoing. They went the extra mile to do things such as resolve a noise in the car and supply me with a new car as a rental at no cost. Chris met us in the parking lot even though it was raining. He was very nice and helpful. We weren't exactly sure what car we wanted but saw a Toyota Camry online. We found out the car came with a great warranty and drove it home that day. My husband and I recommend Chris and the business manager Tony Turner as well as Germain Toyota. The next time we are looking for a car we will stop there first. More
