Germain Toyota of Columbus

I recently needed to have my RAV4 serviced due to an electrical issue. The part needed was (and is still at the time of this review) on back order. My Service Advisor, Jim McClarren, put me in a Toyota electrical issue. The part needed was (and is still at the time of this review) on back order. My Service Advisor, Jim McClarren, put me in a Toyota rental vehicle that I've now been using for a month without hesitation. Germain was recognized that the problem was not going to be immediately resolved and have done their best to accomodate me in the meantime. I obviously wish Toyota could supply the part in a quicker fashion, but I appreciate that the Germain dealership has done everything possible to assist me in the meantime. Thank you Jim and Germain! We went to Germain after visiting a competitor. The competitor had advertized a very good price for a Prius and then pulled the 'we sold IT yesterday' garbage on us claiming they had only one. We walked out, and went to Germain the next day. Salesman Norman Oribello offered us the car at the competitors adverdized price right up front, without the ad even being mentioned. It was such a friendly approach, and the price was indeed good, so we accepted the offer on the spot. A relative recommended Norm to us, and I recommend him to you too. This was the second, very smooth transaction at Germain for us. The previous one, in 1997, went just as well and we traded that car in this time on the Prius at a very fair price too. More

OK it’s like this, I have tried several times to buy a car from Germain to no avail. So why would this time be any different? Well, it was different because Leo Treadway worked with me and got me a bett car from Germain to no avail. So why would this time be any different? Well, it was different because Leo Treadway worked with me and got me a better deal than the car service I was using. YES there was a little haggling and I thought it would be a wash, but to my surprise, I walked out with new Tundra. The next day I was back at the dealer because the truck was acting up with 68 miles. They gave me a loaner and couple hrs later, it was completed and they called and said all good, the computer needed an update. But they gave me the loaner no questions asked, not the typical, "Well lets see what we have, ooopps no loaner". NO it was you want a truck or car? Here is one right up front, let me know if you need it longer and out I went and they fill it up. The service was very polite and assured me that the truck was 100% and wouldn’t happen again. Would I buy from them again, YES. More
