Great deal and great service. Traded in a '04 Highlander on a '05 Highlander. Our income went down and we needed to lower our payments. We were not able to refinance the '04 through our bank. We got a slightly newer car with the smaller (4 cyl. vs 6 cyl.) engine, now we can use regular gas and get better mileage to boot. Toyota Financial would not approve the original deal that we signed, so the dealership reduced the price of the car by $1,000 since our interest rate went up and the length of the loan was reduced from 66 to 60 months. Also, we took the car back because of road noise from the tires. They had a directional tread and two of them were mounted the wrong way. The service department said the tires had uneven wear and cupping, so they gave us four NEW tires! We still came out saving about $70 month on our car payment and are very happy with the car. More

My experience with Germain was not a pleasant one. My lease was ending on a 2009 Toyota Corolla. I went into Germain in order to purchase my leased Corolla, but was told by Sales Manager D'Lacey Stith t lease was ending on a 2009 Toyota Corolla. I went into Germain in order to purchase my leased Corolla, but was told by Sales Manager D'Lacey Stith that he would look into options so that I could determine what the best option for me was - meaning whether I should purchase my leased Corolla or if I should choose to purchase a new vehicle. D'Lacey "ran the numbers" and produced monthly payments for buying my leased Corolla, leasing a new camry or corolla, and buying a new camry or corolla. Although it didn't make sense to me, D'Lacey represented that purchasing my Corolla would be MORE expensive that leasing or buying the new vehicles. It seemed pretty incredible to me, but I assumed D'Lacey must have known something that I did not know. I ended up leasing a brand new Corolla because the monthly payments were represented as less than it would have cost for me to purchase my leased Corolla. Who would choose against paying more for a three year old vehicle than having a brand new one? Anyway, after going home and running the numbers, I determined that leasing the Corolla that I had planned on buying and which I maintained in good repair, would have been less expensive than leasing or buying the new vehicles. A couple days later, when I confronted D'Lacey regarding this, he became defensive and said that I was attacking his integrity. D'Lacey essentially accused me of having "buyer's remorse" and stated that, if I wanted, I could buy my 2009 Corolla from Germain. Given the distrust that I had in the dealership based on this experience, I returned the new Corolla, took possession of my 2009 Corolla, and I went to another dealership. In the current economy, I was not going to give my business to a dealership that operated like this. More

Robert Fountaine was wonderful. Open and friendly. Made me feel as though I'd known him for years. There was a really nice young man who drove me over to get gas, forgot his name but he was nice too. Pushing to buy the warrenty. By that time I was done in. I was there for 5 hours. I bought my old car from you 6 years ago, a 01 Corolla. It was just too small and had a lot of miles on it. But it was the best car I ever owned and knew when it was time I would get another. All though I live in Dublin I went to your dealership on a recomendation from a friend years ago. I'm gald I did. I hope this car will be as good as my last and I hope when I'm ready for the next one Robert will still be there. He made a stressful situation much nicer, even had me laughing. And I did cry when I said good bye to my old car. More

We had 2005 Dodge caravan that had 150k on it and it was time to get a another car. We had a great purchase with the van at carmax but I wanted a Toyota this time around. I had been reading review after review on the internet about the Toyota Corolla and it was just a no brainer for me. The Toyota Corolla is a bullet proof car meaning super reliable, excellent on gas...can't go wrong especially in this economy. So filled out a form on-line and the next day got a call from Greg Neutzling with Germain Toyota. My credit had some dings so told him what I wanted, what I saw on-line and really didn't want to waste his time or mine if I wasn't going to get approved for financing. He said he would check on this and call me back. Got a call back in about 10 min. Greg said come on down we can help. So headed on down to Germain Toyota, met with Greg Neutzling test drove the car and the deal was done in just about an hour an a half or so. Very smooth and efficient buying experience. All my questions were answered. Greg offered me a soft drink while waiting, very friendly atmosphere, made me feel real comfortable. Excellent buying exp. with Germain Toyota with Greg and the finance person, Usher. Everything was explained. I was shown comparisons as far as the maintenance and warranty plans...all my questions were answered. Excellent computer program that Toyota uses showing graphs and trends on the comparisons for warranty options. Breaks it all right down so you clearly see what you're getting with each plan. I would def. recommend that anyone looking for a great deal on a used or new Toyota to give Germain Toyota a call. I'll be back for another Toyota in the future for sure. They beat carmax in my view for a buying experience. More
