Not happy with Germain this time. I simply wanted a lease just like the one I was ending on the 2018 Camry.Instead Demetrius and a his Supervisor kept presenting Additional cost items until I finall lease just like the one I was ending on the 2018 Camry.Instead Demetrius and a his Supervisor kept presenting Additional cost items until I finally gave in. Brought my Mom’s car in for a detail. Went to pick it up the next day... paid ($279) to get the key, and found that the car seats hadn’t even been touched. Had to leave the car for another day. Called the next afternoon and no one seemed to know where my car was. They finally found it, untouched from the previous day so had to leave it yet another day to detail it correctly. Finally got it in a clean manner but still had a stale smell. I’ve used this service before and was very pleased. This time was sooo disappointing. Donna in the Service Dept was the only bright star during this ordeal. She took the time to personally locate my vehicle to get the service back on track. KUDOS TO DONNA!! First and foremost, I want to thank Brandon Dawson. He literally saved my experience in the service department from being a 0/5. Extremely responsive and helpful. I won’t mention any other names, but 2 ot literally saved my experience in the service department from being a 0/5. Extremely responsive and helpful. I won’t mention any other names, but 2 other people within the service department really need help with their customer service. From not responding to calls, to being told the one individual was gone for the day (then me showing up to the dealership and them being there). Repeatedly took my car there for a warranty issue. Was told if the issue happened again, stop in and they would check it out. I did this and was made to feel like I was in the wrong. All I will say is if you need to go here, go to Brandon Dawson! 5/5 service. Great customer service and extremely nice. More

I had Set up an appoitment to see a highlander on Saturday morning. Friday night after close I was told that the highlander was still on the lot and could be held until my appointment at 11. Upon arr Saturday morning. Friday night after close I was told that the highlander was still on the lot and could be held until my appointment at 11. Upon arrival I was Told the highlander was sold 30 minutes prior. While Aimee was not the main contact she knew of my 11 o’clock appoitment and could not even offer a simple “I’m sorry for the inconvenience”. One of her colleagues finally stepped up and asked if there was anything he could do or if there was another car I’d like to see. Aimee was rude and would not look me in the eye. With management as such, my husband and I are not suprised that the mix up occurred. More
