I Did not like scare tactics to buy extra or extended warranty. I am buying new toyota car. It make me think that maybe Toyota were not sure of their product. Sales person was excelent. Amended response. I have made repeated attempts to have a simple question answered over multiple days with no response. I depended on third parties to wire payment for a new vehicle. Since I was not personally involved, I have asked for verification that the wire was successful. I am worried that it was not successful. Germain is not worried since they have a signed contingency note. It has been over a week and all I know is my account was debited. A customers concern over a lot of money should also be their concern. For this reason, I can’t recommend this dealership. First response: The only speed bump was an over cautious lack of trust in our ability to pay cash from management. If a pseudo loan agreement was needed it could have been completed on the front end of the process. More
Took longer than it should have for an oil change and tire rotation. Also, requested tire pressure check and doesn't look like it was done since it's not on my receipt and tires still look low.
