Bought a 2011 Tacoma the dealership did maintenance check on vehicle a it was on lot for sale. I asked sales people if the vehicle had been checked out and if there was any issues and was assured vehicle was on vehicle a it was on lot for sale. I asked sales people if the vehicle had been checked out and if there was any issues and was assured vehicle was fine. I took the vehicle to a different Toyota dealership last week for a brake fluid change and was told by the service department that the vehicle needed new brake lines and was not safe to drive they also said that they wouldn’t have put vehicle on lot for sale in that condition. I called Germain and brought vehicle back to get it checked out. Service department called and said it needs almost $3000 in repairs and that they would split the cost with me. I told them I wouldn’t have bought vehicle if I had known it need that much work done to repair it. Call customer service department and BBB and filed a complaint has not been resolved yet. More

3 hours for an oil chang! It sat for 25 minutes before I asked about an eta and the papers had already been printed withthe time on it that'show I know it was 25 additional.
