I have always had a pleasurable experience at this dealership. My son Khalin Moore was a previous employee who prided himself on customer service. The customer service was good, yet I’m not sure if it’s your policy or not, however, I was surprised that my car was not vacuumed at my 10000 service appt. if I had any reason to bicker about anything, I would that my car was not vacuumed, nor did I have a seat cover or mat on my driver side. I will continue to do business with you, as my mother-in-law is in the market for an suv; she purchased her 2010 Prius from you in 2009. One another note, I love my Prius.
