Don’t ask for surveys unless you want real answers. Whether it was the service advisors, or the cashiers I spoke with, I would rate anywhere from rude to indifferent at best. The icing on the cake... The employee told me he could hear the rattle I was concerned about when I first pulled the car in. After keeping the vehicle for an entire day and making me pay for a rental car, I was told that they could not duplicate the rattling noise from under the hood again? So...now I have my vehicle back and I’m still hearing the rattling noise. But wait there’s more. Since I drive the vehicle daily, it is now out of warranty. So all I really got out of the deal was a cool rental car that set me back $40. Do you even do anything with this information? More

This is good location for service and dealership but it is kind of overpriced. The oil change is usually around $30 but this place is $70 plus misc charges and other fees that up to $80. They do send coupons to do oil change but it is a week after the recent oil change which expires in a month and theres no point to use the coupon since the oil change was already done. The prices could definitely be less and toyota still make enough. Furthermore, i was told that my oil change and inspection report was going to be sent to my email and was never received. They have written my email wrong. Instead of @yahoo.com they misspelled it and wrote @yahho.com. the only person i think at the location who does there job with excellence is Asher Puri from the finance dept. I have bought 5 cars from this location just because of him. He is the best. More
Horrible first time experience. Had my car worked on after an accident and it took over 3 weeks to get done what should have taken no more than 2. Poor communication, every week it was a different date for completion. In the same day only hours apart id get two different answers by the same person on when my car would be done. Car also came back filthy with parts of my bumper just thrown in it. Received run around answers when concerns were raised about why it was taking so long to get parts in. And plwmty more i won't type.out here. I highly recommend you go somewhere else to have your car worked on. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration More
