I was the first customer of the day and still took over 2 hours to get a simple oil change done. Plus to my surprise, they put a Germain Toyota dealership license plate frame over my front plate even though hours to get a simple oil change done. I didn't ask permission for this nor am I going to advertise for Germain Toyota! Everytime I go there it's always something else.
