I recently took my car in for tire mounting/balance. I booked my appointment online for this and the online estimate was $125. When I arrived in person, I again was told the estimate would be roughly $125 booked my appointment online for this and the online estimate was $125. Once my car was finished, they handed me the paperwork and the bill was about $300 because they charged me for an alignment I did not ask for. Upon inspecting my car afterwards, I found that one of my rims was pretty badly scratched up and they didn’t bother to wipe the white lubricant off my black rims. Took the car home and noticed my tire pressure light turned on. I checked the pressures and found my tires were inflated significantly lower than the minimum recommend psi. Overall, I had a very poor experience, which is upsetting as I purchased my vehicle at this dealership and had a great experience then. I definitely will NOT be bringing my car back for service at this dealership. More

We went to several dealerships, and Omar Jackson was the best salesman we met. The finance guys pressured us to add more to our monthly payment, which we couldn’t afford to do. I’ve purchased many cars and never felt the way I did with the finance guys at Germain because other people simply took no for an answer. The two at Germain took so much of our time, and I almost felt belittled because we wouldn’t purchase extra warranties and service agreements. We almost left because it was very uncomfortable and frustrating, but we didn’t leave only because of Omar. He was wonderful, and he was the reason we stayed. They kept my license and insurance card, but Omar made sure it was sent to me and he even offered a car wash or tank of gas to make it right. Omar was great to work with, has a great personality and again was the best salesman I worked with. I could have bought a Honda van for $22 cheaper a month, but we went with the Toyota honestly because of the salesman! More
