Most expensive service in the city.i came to fix some light issues. The diagnosis only was 150and they said it is 800 to fix it, and wait it is just to get started. Made an appointment last week to get a key made Monday. No key. Had to come back next day and wait a hour. Was not told Monday it would take an hour to program. Courteous, Fast and Professional. Germain will continue to have me and my wifes business with future car purchases, due alot to the staff. The person that helped us lease our cars still calls to check up o to have me and my wifes business with future car purchases, due alot to the staff. Mark was great Went in for my normal 15K appt. I knew I was a month or two overdue and he took the time to note that my 2yr free maint agreement was ending in a coup Went in for my normal 15K appt. I knew I was a month or two overdue and he took the time to note that my 2yr free maint agreement was ending in a couple weeks. He updated my appt to be my 20K so that I got my oil changed, etc. and it was covered under the free maintenance. This is the type of service that will keep my coming back to germain for my maintenance and leasing, etc. More
