I recently was involved in a minor mishap with my Volvo XC 90 resulting in the power steering to be disabled. Unable to drive the vehicle, I contacted Volvo roadside assistance to have the car towed to Ge XC 90 resulting in the power steering to be disabled. Unable to drive the vehicle, I contacted Volvo roadside assistance to have the car towed to Germain Volvo in Wexford. I took FOUR days for Volvo roadside assitance to find a wrecker to tow my car. After arriving at the dealership, I had a brief conversarion with the service dept. and was told that they.would try to fit my car into their schedule as soon as they could. The repair was completed TWENTY - TWO days later. When I purchased my XC 90 I assumed i was buying a luxury car that would be supported by premium service and support. I couldn't have been more wrong. Having to wait four days to have the vehicle towed, to having to wait three weeks to have it repaired is completely unacceptable. I expected more form a company like Volvo. More

In every interaction he made me feel valued as a customer and wanted to make sure I was comfortable with my purchase. Days prior to visiting your establishment I had gone to an Audi dealership and chose not to purchase from them based on the experience. What a breath of fresh air it was to meet Adam and the rest of the team that helped me at Germain. Vicki did an amazing job at walking me through the finance process as well. And the cherry on top was a dedicated tech representative that spent as much time with me as I needed to become familiarized with operating the various features that my new car is equipped with. At closing, the salesperson misquoted the final costs due to not understanding the PA tax credit procedures on our trade-in. This resulted in an additional $495 in costs. Also, selling a car as "certified" to not understanding the PA tax credit procedures on our trade-in. This resulted in an additional $495 in costs. Also, selling a car as "certified" with tire tread of 5/32, on all the tires is absurd. It was ultimately our choice to purchase the vehicle and we should have walked away, but with limited availability in the region, and our deisre for the particular vehicle, we paid the consequences.
