It took nearly 2 months to actually get an appointment for my inspection and 40,000 service and once I was there for service, they were already behind schedule at 8am and when I came for pick-up, they did for my inspection and 40,000 service and once I was there for service, they were already behind schedule at 8am and when I came for pick-up, they didn’t have record of pre-paid service and nearly had me pay over $900 for my service if I didn’t speak up to verify my dealer prepaid service. The attention to my needs and their ability to get me in the exact car I wanted, at the price I wanted, all in a reasonable amount of time, was not only exemplary but also worth writing this review about. I had chosen to return to Rahal for these reasons, and will continue to do so. My last purchase was made from California and drop-shipped directly from Wexford, PA to my local dealer here in San Francisco. The GM I worked with, Jim Guerry, literally bent over backwards to get me what I wanted, as has the entire staff at Rahal over the past 4 years I've been working with them. This attention is why I can guarantee that any future purchase of a Volvo, Jaguar or Range Rover for me will most certainly be through this dealership. More
First of all the gentleman who was selling me the vehicle did not seem enthusiastic or inviting or even very happy at all that he had me as a customer. Secondly they had not moved this vehicle since it had been inspected three months ago. The cars battery was dead and needed jumped the brakes squealed and even after a little braking they still were rubbing. I also had to point out that there was no coolant in the reservoir. The whole time it felt like the salesman (who was a tall blonde man with glasses so you will know him if you see him)was acting like he just wanted to get out of the car and kick me off the lot because I was wasting his time or something. It says on the sticker that the kelly blue book is 10000, which is a lie, it is actually 6300 for excellent. The 2004 caravan said 6998 on the sticker. They would barely would move on the price even though it was clearly not in excellent condition at all and had not been maintained. The (FINAL OFFER! AS IS!!) which the manager penned onto a piece of paper like I was irritating him was 6309. Keep in mind the sales man and manager only sell used cars as they were part of the used car dept. My overall experience was that you should not go there unless you are a rich person. Sorry middle class citizens if your not buying a JAG don't waste your time. That is also why their rating is so high, all of the bad ratings come from the used car buyers. Wonder why? Monroeville Dodge was much nicer even though I did not buy anything there. More

They were courteous and professional in both the pre and post-sales processes, and I would highly recommend the Wexford dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Everyone in the entire dealership, from the woman working the front desk to those handling the financial paperwork to the who washed and detailed my car, were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They were not at all pushy, but always available to answer questions and provide insights based on what I was looking for, rather than trying to simply move a car out the door. It was a great purchasing experience, and I will definitely look to this dealership first in all of my future car purchases. More
