MA Safety Inspection issue corrected on the spot I prepared our vehicle for the annual MA safety inspection by replacing a head light bulb beforehand but I misaligned the light. Gervais Ford technic I prepared our vehicle for the annual MA safety inspection by replacing a head light bulb beforehand but I misaligned the light. Gervais Ford technician spotted the issue as they pulled the vehicle in and they allowed me to quickly correctly insert the bulb. Saved me a trip back! Thank you! More

Last minute New Battery Got stuck with a dead battery. Called right before they were going to close. They took me right in and did the job in 10 minutes. Saved me that day as it was a Saturday and I would have had to go to an auto parts store to replace it which I did not want to deal with figuring out which one and how good the battery might be. I do all my service with Gervais as well, they are always efficient and generally no different in cost than any other shop. More
