Service department is horrible I bought my F350 diesel truck from Gervais ford I had a problem with the diesel fuel that jelled where it’s been so cold, I called them and they said I bought my F350 diesel truck from Gervais ford I had a problem with the diesel fuel that jelled where it’s been so cold, I called them and they said they could not get to my Vehicle which was not running for three weeks, So you buy a vehicle from them and if you have a problem that needs service forget it. So I called Townsend Ford and they took my truck right in and I had it back 5 hrs later so if people want a dealership that looks after there customers go to Townsend not Gervais More
