Luckily, no damage to anything. Much to my surprise, there was no charge for putting it up on the lift and doing the check and general inspection. Lou from the Quicklane got me in right away. I'm an old person and a longtime customer who Gervais has given some breaks to in the past. I appreciate what they do for me and would never go anywhere else for repairs on any of my vehicles. Lou and Mike in the Quicklane are two of the best techs in the business. More

Not your typical car shopping experience I have never had so much fun in any shopping environment, let alone buying a car. Mark made the mistake of making eye contact with me when I first walked in and it was like we were meant to be from the beginning. Very loose conversation, great sense of humor, and no pressure in the least. I didn't feel rushed or like I was an inconvenience at all. I wasn't really sure what I wanted, but also posed a unique sell as I had two vehicles that I was looking to trade in. He did everything he could to make this process easy and was also very fair in the trades. John Gervais got involved towards the end and was equally as fun and charasmatic as Mark. In the end, I left with a new car and couldn't have been happier with the entire process. I will absolutely be back for my next car if we are still in the area. More

Above and Beyond During a snow storm a limb fell on my truck and broke me two windshield arms. I went to Gervais for the part and they had to order it. One of the mechanics was able to bend one of the arms so it would work on the driver's side so I could use the truck until the parts came in. it was during a storm and was key for me to bed able to use my truck.
