Prompt, courteous service. Came in for service because "low tire pressure light" came on. Thought it was simply due to the extreme cold we have been having lately. Quality of service I had an issue will my 2013 F150 4x4 radio cutting out. First issue is that it's not to old at all for he radio to go bad. They checked it out and said I did need to get a new one, but they never replaced the fuse panel. Ordered a new radio and that one turns out to be bad as well, and they didn't replace the dress panel cover. Ok next radio is ordered and comes in, so set up an appt. for 9am and I did note that I would wait as it only takes 2 hours to complete, but then when I arrived they said they would get me in as soon as possible, so why state a 9 o'clock apt? After all this all I get was sorry for the inconvenience, Mark More

Purchased new F-150, twice I bought a new 2018 F-150 at Gervais. One week and 300 miles in the engine died. This is obviously not what you expect when buying a new truck. The I bought a new 2018 F-150 at Gervais. One week and 300 miles in the engine died. This is obviously not what you expect when buying a new truck. There was a defective part in the engine, nothing to do with Gervais Ford. From the moment I broke down they were there to help me. Dean Farnum in service made sure I knew what to expect during this process (as best as he could as this is not a normal situation). He made sure I had a loaner car which they brought to my home to minimize my inconvenience. He also kept me informed as he was dealing directly with Ford. I wasn't comfortable taking back the truck even with a new engine. Gervais and Ford then gave me the option to get a new truck. John Toomey in sales took over from here. John was able to locate a new F-150 with the same (actually slightly better) options I had. They then swapped out the new one for the old. The process on their end was much more complicated than just swapping the vehicles but they made sure it was a simple process for me. It was obviously the right thing to do but Gervais went above and beyond. I've had interactions with several people at the dealership during this process (Dean in service, John Toomey and Gloria Coffin in sales) and it was clear that my total satisfaction was a top priority. I would highly recommend them. More
