He's straight forward, not aggressive as a you might expect from a salesperson and gives you the exact info you need to make a decision. I asked him for and out-the-door price on my car and he gave it to me within 10 minutes of my calling him. I went to the dealership, test drove the car and closed the deal within an hour. The price he gave me over the phone is exactly what I paid (no hidden fees or junk added on). It's really refreshing to deal with someone like Ricky. No flashy words or sales gimmicks and absolutely no pressure from him. I was looking at several cars and dealerships and most of them were either a hassle to deal with (can't get a straight answer) or prices were not good. More
