My Chevy Volt was totaled forcing me to search for a replacement vehicle. I knew I wanted a plug in hybrid and so began my search. I found several interesting options and sent messages to the dealerships of my top 3. I’ll tell you what, John Owen at Hyundai of Venice got back to me within 30 minutes. Let’s just say it took a xxxx of a lot more time for the others to reach out. Over the next few days John kept in touch with me with absolutely no pressure which I appreciated. John and the team at Hyundai of Venice were sympathetic to my particular situation, took the time to walk me through the entire process.
