I was very pleased with Brian Shuck as he advised me from talking to me through the Internet, and when I came in to the show room. The service department is the worst. First I had to wait days for a new tire and then the day it was to be put on the car my service dept. person assigned to me called out that day and First I had to wait days for a new tire and then the day it was to be put on the car my service dept. person assigned to me called out that day and didn't leave instructions about why I was coming in. But most of all... no one ever answers the phone in the service dept. Very frustrating. I left numerous messages and only got one return phone call. Shameful. More

Melanie apparently forgot what I looked like and walked in and out of the waiting room thinking I had left. Since I had my phone on silence, I didn’t hear that she texted me about further maintenance they in and out of the waiting room thinking I had left. Since I had my phone on silence, I didn’t hear that she texted me about further maintenance they recommended. That kept me waiting over an hour longer than I should have, all the while without lunch. I finally checked my phone when I wondered why it was taking so long just for an OIL CHANGE! I let her know that I WAS NOT HAPPY! More
