I had walked into the dealership on Friday morning with a bottle of water in my right hand. I told the receptionist who I was seeking. A salesman inserted himself into my wait for Leo. That salesman asked if I wanted a bottle of water. I told him that I was wanting to see Leo. His response was that because of Leo's status, I would not be able to see him and then that salesman continued to insert himself into my purchasing of a set vehicle. The salesman, Robert Carr, was presented to me. He asked if I wanted a bottle of water (I still had my bottle of water in my right hand). I provided Robert Carr my counter offer on Leo's quote. Ignored. Monday, when I went out to the Frontier purchased for Gettel, I noticed an oval on the upper left hand corner of the windshield. I pictured it and sent that information into Robert Carr. Even though his information he sent me for the purchase of that Frontier used the average investment cost of $1495 (not the $2995 Gettel Advantage), Robert told me that all vehicles were sold with the Gettel Advantage. I originally wanted a reimbursement for the 9 follow-up treatments required to fulfill the Gettel Advantage, but after seeing the windshield had not been cleaned properly prior to the supposed first application, I requested a complete refund. I had not been contacted by the individual that did the contract work, emailed on that Friday.

On the Eighth of November, I received a call to see what could be done about the experience. Then I was asked to send the picture of the windshield showing where a sales sticker's impression remained even though the windshield had been cleaned to apply their Gettel Advantage surcharge 'Auto Butler'. Picture sent, "I'll get back to you...". That was the last I heard from Gettel & it's November 24th at time up this update.
