Also, knowing I was hours away from the dealership and not able to return, the $2,995 Gettel Advantage, which requires 10 applications to complete the Gettel Advantage would never being able to be applied...the only way they would sale this vehicle to me was to accept that surcharge. Many questions had to asked multiple times via email before being answered, if they were answered. I was asked to verify my safe arrival from their dealership. To wit, it was not responded to, nor an inquiry to the contract's overseer never responded...as if they got their sale, so no need to respond. One change was to occur, replacing floor mat types and it was not done, only told it'd be looked into after the sale was completed and I was escorted to the vehicle tto leave their lot. More

The service department screwed up my windshield washer nozzle on a previous visit and I had to take time out of my day to have this fixed.
