Tom is really a good service man. Since the 10,000 checkup was done at 3822 miles, just a rotation needed done that would take an hour or so. It was ready. Service form said no new oil now or at 15000 miles when we get to Wyo and Toyota care would run out. Seemed strange. More

Follow through, returning calls etc. was spotty at best. The time it took to write up the co tract was horrendous. I finally asked them to email it to me, and left.
