Excellent service. Scott checked us in and went over with us what services we would receive. We waited in the comfortable waiting area while our car was serviced. Scott came and told us our car was ready then went over the completed services. My husband has neuropathy and walking is sometimes a bit difficult. Scott told us to wait while he went to get our car and backed in into the garage for us to get in. Fast, excellent and most courteous service. More

Customer service was acceptable. I had asked for “hood rods” and there was no follow-up until 2 and 1/2 weeks after I purchased the car from Gettel Toyota.
