RV Repair with a heart Discovered my Cedar Creek Slides would not retract and we were 2 weeks before a planned Thanksgiving trip to Louisiana. Could not get an appointment Discovered my Cedar Creek Slides would not retract and we were 2 weeks before a planned Thanksgiving trip to Louisiana. Could not get an appointment before December. Kim called me back and said she would do her best to have Ben analyze it if I could get there with it. She and Ben got on it and expedited the parts for repair. I will be joining my family in Louisiana for Thanksgiving and giving some thanks for the exceptional service at Giant Recreation World. More

Our first RV!! Let the retirment begin!! We had the privilege to buy a like new used RV. It was in beautiful shape but it had carpet and we have pets. They removed the old carpet and replaced with very nice vinyl and did a awesome job installing. The salesman, Duwayne,, the paperwork consultant, Skip and the gentleman who spent two and a half hours "teaching" us how things work, Jim were very nice and very helpful and they all answered our questions and offered to answer any future questions. They made the entire process easy and painfree!! We are very excited to begin our next adventure in our Motor Home!! Thank you all!! More
