Walk through Jim Turner is an excellent Tech, he first showed us issues he found wrong in his initial walk through. He then proceeded with the inspection starting Jim Turner is an excellent Tech, he first showed us issues he found wrong in his initial walk through. He then proceeded with the inspection starting outside & then inside, he showed us all the features of our RV, then answered all my questions I had about the RV. Jim took the time to show us apps to use on our cell phone that would be helpful when we went camping. It was a great experience & would highly recommend Giant Recreation World to anyone interested in purchasing an RV. More

Excellent ALL Around We dealt with Brain via the telephone and email from Maine, where we were on vacation. Couldn't have gone smoother. All appointments and paperwork were arranged from 1600 miles way. The 5th wheel hitch was put in on the 18th of August, and the trailer was picked up on the 19th. Everyone involved in helping us went overboard in assuring that we were complete satisfied. More

The process is similar to purchasing a car in that you walk into the dealer and purchase a vehicle. The rest of the experience is completely different with so much information given to you at each step- without any pressure whatsoever. Since there is so much information given to you, it is best to research on your own and make your decision. Ask questions of everyone at any time and they will provide you with an answer or find someone who knows. RVs are basically similar, but quite different, class, length, etc., etc. The list goes on and with the help of the GRW Team, you can make an informed decision to suit your needs just as we did! More
