I am sorry that you are having difficulties in getting your coach repaired and back on the road. I promise to look into your situation myself and get back to you with any new information however this post doesn't identify you. Please email me with your contact information so I can investigate. larry@grwrv.com. I work at all our locations and my schedule is not consistent so email is the easiest way to communicate. At Giant Recreation World we really try to supply awesome customer service. This platform didn't even supply me with the location you purchased from. I will admit that certain parts are taking way too long to receive but things are loosening up. The supply chain issues that the pandemic caused are still being felt. Many suppliers went belly up during the long shut down's nationally so replacement parts are an issue. We really try to triage unit's quickly to get them usable until parts are received. If they have done that please take advantage of it as we do not have any control over parts, only our efforts to order them. I look forward to hearing back from you. CEO Larry

I truly apologize that we were unable to deliver the RV to you and please know that it is our goal to provide top notch customer service and awesome customer experiences. Unfortunately your situation was found to be what is called a straw purchase and is bank fraud if we knowingly deliver a unit under this condition. What that means is that the loan was not going in the name of the person who is going to use the unit. This wasn't discovered until we asked you to call the bank back for an interview which is common practice. Also, your income was derived from your liquidity through our interview, to which you signed the credit application. We however would welcome the opportunity to serve you in the future should anything change. What an ordeal Mr. and Mrs. Jones. Your review prompted many meetings between me and our sales team at Giant Recreation World of Palm Bay. On the day that we agreed upon a deal via the telephone we did have a customer interested in the same unit. They were waiting for the signed paperwork to be returned to us before leaving. The problem was that you wrote on the purchase agreement stating that Everything must be working and all issues resolved. We were aware that the previous owner had installed electric leveling jacks but that Camping World removed the motor and the motor was no longer available. Joel called you folks to explain this to which you responded, No, everything must work. That broke our deal so we sold it to the other customers who had seen the unit and didn't leave anything open ended like your condition that everything must be in working order and all issues resolved. The waiting customer was working with a completely different salesperson and Joel would not have wanted to lose a deal. He got no credit for the second deal and trust me salespeople do not like losing a deal. Joel actually called the Sales Manager on his day off to report that he deal was off due to the leveling jacks not working and our unwillingness to replace them. As far as reimbursement of expenses incurred by you due to what must have been a misunderstanding, DJ asked for actual receipts of the costs so he could go to bat for you folks and get you reimbursed for part or all of those expenses. Our accounting department however requires receipts when we request for a check with which we have yet to receive. DJ was told that credits were used to purchase the airplane tickets but there must be some receipt that shows this. A receipt was sent for around $59.00 but since the threat of legal action was brought up by you, no action has been taken to date. The breach of contract you referred to when threatening legal action actually occurred when you wrote on the purchase agreement with a condition. One more thing I wanted to address is the accusation that we sold it to the other customer for more than you were spending, that is not true. They actually paid $900.00 less than you agreed to pay. Please email me with a copy of the expenses that were incurred and I will go to bat for you with the Palm Bay sales team. Email it to larry@grwrv.com. CEO Larry

Thank you for your response Mr. Mcnamara. There has definitely been some misinformation given to you. I am telling you the truth in everything I am saying. First, I only put that stipulations in the contract because we are in california and had never seen it. I was trying to cover myself in case you were a dealer that did a bait and switch and I would lose my deposit. Joel said it was fine that it was in there otherwise i would think he would have sent over another contract stating it was not acceptable. Joel did call me about the leveling jacks twice. He told me the first time that they could be ordered and mailed to us. I said okay, that's fine. Then he called again later and said they weren't able to be ordered because they aren't available anymore. I said that was okay, my husband said they aren't necessary anyway for that length RV. I never said we didn't want it and that everything had to be fixed. I said quite the contrary; that it was okay and we didn't need jacks anyway. So in my mind, we were still on and heading to Florida. On the way to the airport, JD calls and says the unit has been sold to someone standing in front of them willing to buy it as is and that the buyers were paying more for it.(this is what he told me). I was so upset. I told him he'd better go get the RV from them. That's how much I really wanted it. I was so disappointed and wrote what happened in an email as we were driving back home. I sent it to JD; I'm surprised he hasn't shown it to you. It details everything I'm saying here. Second, I have sent receipts to JD showing how much I paid on my credit card for each ticket to alaska airlines. I did have an airline credit that I used to help pay for the tickets. I did also send the receipt for all 3 tickets from alaska airlines. The one I sent from Alaska airlines was for $1318.80. This is what it actually cost me and why I sent it. Because I sent all of this to JD and he kept telling me it would be paid and wasn't, I am frustrated because I am being strung along and still paying the credit card for this. I think anyone, including yourself, would begin to feel like you're being lied to if the shoe was on the other foot. JD actually told me he doesn't have to reimburse me for anything, but is doing it anyway. I only brought up litigation because I feel like your company doesn't care. Also, if someone brings this up, why wouldn't you try to resolve this immediately with the customer instead of just stopping all correspondence, and get them taken care of? Mention of legal action is usually done by desperate people who feel like they're being ignored.

Wendy, after interviewing the team here at Giant Recreation World of Palm Bay I have decided to take care of the reimbursement for the cost of the plane tickets and the fuel receipt you supplied. As far as a rental car, I don't see where there was an invoice sent to us for that expense but if you would send that as well and I will consider reimbursing that as well. Unfortunately I will not be able to arrange for the check in time to get it in the overnight to you until Monday, if I receive the rental car invoice prior to then. The biggest cause to this situation is that Joel was not working in the store so was not privy to the whole story. CJ however did call you and inform that we decided to sell the rig to another party who has physically seen it and left no opening out of the deal. Basically we went with a bird in the hand. I apologize for this entire situation but know that my heart is in the right place. I will certainly use this situation as a training opportunity and further explain how this should have been handled. The minute that we received a copy of the purchase agreement with the written condition, CJ should have told Joel that we no longer have a deal and to relay that to you, additionally he should have also refunded your credit card and informed you that the unit was no longer being held for you as a first right of refusal condition. Again, I am sorry it didn't pan out, I wish you luck in locating your next RV and you never know, we may take something in trade that would be perfect for you with all items operational, etc. CEO Larry
