I’d actually give them zero stars. Javitz the salesman was AWESOME!! However, the Service Department is beyond horrible!! I’ve taken our new RV to them multiple times for service only to be basically was AWESOME!! However, the Service Department is beyond horrible!! I’ve taken our new RV to them multiple times for service only to be basically told I don’t know what I’m talking about; being told they fixed the problem when the didn’t; and I’m still waiting on them to replace the flooring in my RV and it’s been 14 months and it’s still not fixed property. We continue to have multiple problems with the same issues. We loved our RV when we bought it but now we’re disgusted with it and Giant Recreation World. The main phone receptionist is rude. I’ve emailed the big boss Joe and never received any reply back. Customer Service at this dealership is non-existent. We regret buying from GRW. More

We went in the store looking for an RV for our dad. The place is nice and clean with a huge selection. What stood out the most was the salesperson, Will. Virgil Willie did a great job in helping us purchase a Class A Tiffin Red. He was very patient with us and believe me we had lots of questions. My husband and I bought a RV back in May. We were from out of state and Rianna (Sales Person) did a great job of showing us the unit online and answering our many questions. We did fly down to Florida to out of state and Rianna (Sales Person) did a great job of showing us the unit online and answering our many questions. We did fly down to Florida to make the final purchase and the staff was great. Rianna, Forrest, Elizabeth, etc. were wonderful to work with. We had our RV delivered to us in another state. During delivery there was a mishap (things happen right). We were very pleased by the way the needed repair was handled. It was a distance away from Palm Bay so Scott M. was kind enough to work with a local repair guy to get the work done. This showed us that that they do stand behind their word. Thanks GRW! More
