We were sold a used truck and the check engine light came on less than 48hrs later. We were told to bring the truck back a few days later to have them look at it. They were unable to fix the problem but told on less than 48hrs later. We were told to bring the truck back a few days later to have them look at it. They were unable to fix the problem but told us they would set us up with the Ford dealership to get it taken care of. We didn’t hear from them for a week for we called and they instructed us to bring the truck in Friday morning. We bring the truck in and don’t hear from them again until Monday morning because we called. Communication was nonexistent from them on Monday as well, until we physically showed up at the office for an update. The response was for us to call the Ford dealership for an update. We finally got our truck back, still not fixed, on Tuesday. The communication and unprofessional attitude of the service department is truly this dealerships downfall. The sales department was so nice and helpful. Bit that’s where it ends. More
