Bought a new 05 2500 Duramax from Grey, and have gone out of my way to have it serviced there ever since. This 2 star rating is based on my most recent visit, because I definitely noted a lack of friendlin of my way to have it serviced there ever since. When I strolled through the sales floor and the new/used car lot - nary a salesperson to talk to. After service and seeing my vehicle outside, it took an weird long time to get the bill and get on the road. I saw same familiar faces in Service check-in, but the cheeriness I've come to know over the past 17 years seemed to be missing. Maybe I just picked a bad day. More
