My service advisor is wonderful. Each time that I take my vehicle into Gillman Miquel is wonderful. I have gone to Gillman for years to have my vehicle serviced. But here if Kate I have had to take it back because the original issue was not resolved. Which is a problem as the do a complete diagnostic work up when you take your car in for servicing. I just recently took my vehicle in and they did not part the pieces that they took off back on my SUV and now I have to return to the dealership once again More

Salesman was great, finance was focused on selling me a warranty I didn’t want nor interested in. Once they figured that out, they took me to the showroom and made me fill out forms for credit check, in th warranty I didn’t want nor interested in.
