In the past I have always been very pleased with my service at Gjovik. Not so with this last appointment. Not only was the part for the recall originally ordered and arrived but it was then given to an service at Gjovik. Not so with this last appointment. Not only was the part for the recall originally ordered and arrived but it was then given to another customer and not reordered for me when I did not immediately make an appointment. The part was reordered at my request and it was very difficult to make an appointment that worked for me due to medical treatment. I finally was able to get an appointment that included a loaner, for which I am grateful. The service advisor called me late morning and advised me of additional work that was recommended totaling over $1,00. I declined. The advisor did not tell me that the exhaust manifold was cracked and I did not discover this until I saw my paperwork. That would have been an additional $450. You dropped the ball and then dropped it again. My trust level for the service department has never been lower. More

I stopped to see a truck that was advertised. Turns out it sold the day before I got there. But they had several others and there was another that liked as well. I want to thank Todd Fuller for staying with the problem and finding a solution which should now be permanent. I am concerned that since this was a design flaw by GM Engineering and the lack of willingness and finding a solution which should now be permanent. I am concerned that since this was a design flaw by GM Engineering and the lack of willingness by GM to resolve the issue which not only was experienced by me but thousands of others. The problem has been persistant over the past 4 years and finally on the 4th time it appears resolvedl thanks to Todd. I am thankfull that the dealership understood that this was an ongoing problem and even though my warranty had expired they did not charge me. I thank them for doing the correct thing. I am disspointed in GM and their lack of leadership in resolving issues like this with the vehicle. I appreciate the professionalism and courtesy shown to me by Todd, Amanda and your staff. More

Really friendly likes to talk very informative just made the whole thing less aggravating. There's a reason why people keep going back to the same dealership, most use the same salesperson, but we've had many different salespeople over the years and all have been great Leonard(RIP), Ron, Carla, and know Chris have all been good to my wife and I.
