I requested financing from the Earthmover credit union. It was apparently carefully avoided. Earthmover would have seen the scam immediately. I tried to refinance through them for a better interest rate. It was apparently carefully avoided. Earthmover would have seen the scam immediately. I tried to refinance through them for a better interest rate. Here is what they said. "NO!", with no counter-offer. The car was overpriced. THese guys knew they would say that. Hence, they never applied with them. They sold me a used car calling it a new one because I would be the first owner. It had 5,840 miles and it wasn't certified. It states it is new on the loan contract. The tone of Earthmover was that I was trying to pull a fast one when told them I bought it new. I have seen certified Bolt EVs with only 500 miles. It is legal to overprice a car and sell it. It is not legal to blatantly defraud - if that is the correct word - a mentally disabled senior citizen. Yes, I'm old and gullible. Congrats on the sale. If my caregiver had come with me she would have told me to walk away. I love the car! The service department is top-notch. Gjovik Chevy did nothing to try to rectify the problem. Don't go there unprepared! More

These guys misdiagnosed my car twice. Telling me I needed a new starter and battery cable which would cost over $1000 on the first visit. That was wrong! During the second visit, they told me the steering co a new starter and battery cable which would cost over $1000 on the first visit. That was wrong! During the second visit, they told me the steering column control module was bad. That was also wrong! I took the car to another place and they found the real problem pretty easily. It was a problem with the neutral safety switch. I called Greg in the service department about 15 times over 7 months to get my $110 back which was the price of the car inspection. Greg blew me off without ever getting back to me! I have given up on my $110 but will never go back there again! More
