Scott called me within five minutes after I had submitted an inquiry via Glanzmann’s website. He arranged for me to meet with Justin for a test drive. Justin was great to work with - low key with no pressure and he patiently answered all my questions. The car was en route to the dealership and I was able to pick it up within the time frame promised. On the day that I picked it up, Justin thoroughly reviewed all the features and set up the Bluetooth for my cell phone; he even offered to set up the radio presets! Todd was very personable as he completed all the paperwork. This past week, I stopped back for the “Encore Delivery” service where Erick gave me an excellent refresher on the car’s features and answered my questions. I’m usually a tough grader, but I would give the team at Glanzmann’s more than five stars if the system would let me! More

Erick Taing Erick was the person who I met at Glanzmann who literally knows everything there is to know about how the technology works in my 2018 Crosstrek. I met Erick was the person who I met at Glanzmann who literally knows everything there is to know about how the technology works in my 2018 Crosstrek. I met Erick when I was purchasing my vehicle with Phil Han. Erick was extremely polite. After I purchased my Crosstrek I met with Erick who reviewed the technology with me. He never rushed me and answered every one of my many questions. I purchase my car in May and all was well until September when I could no longer keep a GPS signal while using the Android Auto, As I mentioned in another review (see Phil Han) no one at Subaru, not just Glanzmann, seems to know how to fix the issue but are aware of the problem. I lived with this for 2 months and was really getting very annoyed that it did not seem to be fixable. I contacted my salesman Phil Han who learned from Erick a possible fix for this problem. We scheduled an appointment and literally within 3 minutes Erick had this problem resolved. I won't tell you how as Erick should tell you. Honestly, Erick should get a bonus, in my opinion, for being proactive in trying to resolve this. His insights should be shared with service and corporate. Thank you so much for your wonderful staff. Eric called and offered to do my State Inspection also since he noticed it was coming up. I had the registration with me so he came across the street and got it so I didn’t have to leave my lunch. Nicest thing. My overall experience was great and I will be coming to get my oil changed since the price is right. More
