He made me aware of things I didn't even think about when it came to purchasing a new vehicle and also gave me a great price that I couldn't resist. When it came time to pick up the vehicle, he went over the allotted hour time slot to explain all the features of the car in great detail to make sure I knew exactly how to operate it, particularly the EyeSight system of safety features. Fantastic experience We went to glanzmann after my car was totaled in an accident when a man ran a red light: so I was totally unprepared to buy a car at this time. I was driving a Ford Escape and looked at another ford but wanted to try a Subaru. Doug and Dana were fantastic! They were so patient and understanding as this accident has really affected us emotionally and financially. Dana could not have done more for us even offering a courtesy car while we waited for the Subaru to go thru the detailing and inspection as it was just turned in from a lease and hadn’t even been checked over . Fortunately he got it all checked out and detailed the next day knowing that I had to turn the rental car the insurance co gave me in . I was totally dreading the whole car shopping experience especially because the accident wasn’t my fault but going to glanzmann was such a great experience!! I will tell everyone our experience and we are very happy with the treatment and professionalism everyone showed us there! More
Eric Wilson RockStar Service Man! I was having issues with my WRX. Eric Wilson listened intently to all my concerns and took my car back to be looked at quickly. They quickly diagnos I was having issues with my WRX. Eric Wilson listened intently to all my concerns and took my car back to be looked at quickly. They quickly diagnosed my issues and Eric explained what they needed to do, he looked into my customer profile and found that all the work was covered under warranty.. they also offered to do my 30K check up while they were doing the work needed. Eric offered me a loaner car so I could get back to work while they fixed it. The loaner car they gave me was a brand new car with only 50 miles on it! They finished the work quickly and called me to let me know my WRX was ready. When I picked up the car Eric went over all of the work that had been done and sent me on my way.
