Out of words. They lost my key then made me leave my work for 2 hours to drive 40 miles there and back to give them my spare so they can get in. After all of this They lost my key then made me leave my work for 2 hours to drive 40 miles there and back to give them my spare so they can get in. After all of this they made a replacment key and attempted to chsrge me for it!!! When l've finslly picked up my car there was no apology, no courtesy. I was made to feel being lucky that the charge for lost key was removed. Service and the work done was top notch, premium as usual but customer service below criticism. Ive been service my cars there for years. Never been so disappointed with the treatment as this time. More

My salesman Albert Chak was very friendly, knowledgeable and patient. I went there thinking I knew the car I wanted only to change my mind. Albert took the time to find me the right car and made the proce and patient. I went there thinking I knew the car I wanted only to change my mind.
