Ryan clarified for me the causes of all the remaining issues, and allowed me to make notes. When he said they would need a day to fix the problems and I suggested I bring the car back next week, he told me with certain problems he didn't advise me to drive the car with those so I agreed to leave the car for the work. I asked if, considering the cost of repairs, it was worth investing that amount, $1800, in a 13 year old second hand car. He assured me that with the repairs (and its low mileage) it would drive like new, that there would be loads of people willing to buy that car once fixed. I was driven home. The next day they called me when the car was ready and said they would find two drivers to bring me my car since I had no way of picking it up. The car was returned even cleaner than it was when I took it to a professional car wash! Excellent repair and service! Thank you. Incompetence and disrespectful ! Glenn Toyota had my car for three weeks trying to figure out what the problem was. I called numerous times and left messages and text messages and never got a reply. To mak for three weeks trying to figure out what the problem was. I called numerous times and left messages and text messages and never got a reply. To make a long story short basically once I call Toyota headquarters and explained what happened they called Toyota to see their side of the story. Mike the service manager told them the reason the car was there for three weeks was because They were waiting for me to make a decision which was a flat out lie. When I confronted Mike he said the reason he told that lie was because he didn’t know why the car was there for three weeks. So rather than try and find out what was wrong he just lied then proceeded to tell me it wasn’t a lie because it wasn’t done deliberately. I don’t know who does business this way. Then I lost my temper and let a few choice words go, he proceeded to tell me that we were even since I cursed and he lied and hung up on me. I was beyond shocked on how a manager can treat a customer this way so I would steer clear of Glen Toyota service Department. They said it was my transmission and they don’t fix transmission so I took my car to a transmission expert who told me it wasn’t even the transmission so on top of being disrespectful and liars they’re incompetent. My boyfriend wound up fixing it with Heet feel injection cleaning for five dollars instead of $6200! More
