We were looking for a specific variation of the new 2019 Rav4 and they did an awesome job on getting us one. Mr. Tom Distefano is the go-to guy and will satisfy all your expectations. Ms. Sheina gave us a complete and thorough walkthrough introduction to our brand new car and andwered all out questions about it. Mr. Mike Finn also helped us alot on choosing the right care for the car and on the payment. The manager gave us also an in-depth explanation on the payment terms too. Overall it was a great experience in Glen toyota would definitely go back. More

Bad communication but good work This was the second time I brought my vehicle in to repair the problem. In tyfirst try damage was repaired but it did not resolve the issue. This time the issue was fixed but communication by Ryan was nonexistent. I dropped the truck off Sunday night and Ryan never called me to say he was coordinating the service not did he provide an update during the day. I called at 4 and Ryan had gone for the day without communicating to me. More
