Long wait, not all work completed I went in to have 3 service issues to be addressed on my truck. After 4 hr wait in lobby, only 2 of 3 had been completed. It was not communicated that I went in to have 3 service issues to be addressed on my truck. After 4 hr wait in lobby, only 2 of 3 had been completed. It was not communicated that not all work was completed. I noticed later that day the last job was not done, even though it was noted on the invoice that the issue needed to be addressed. This makes me believe the mechanic did not double check the note from Bruce, the service person I dealt with. Is there no follow up all jobs were completed? Doesn't look like it. Not the first time I've had an issue with this service center. More
