Brought in my Tundra for warranty service. Hi I gave them 5 stars because . When I spoke with the person to schedule the appointment we agreed on a time of 11.AM. When we pulled into the service I gave them 5 stars because . When I spoke with the person to schedule the appointment we agreed on a time of 11.AM. When we pulled into the service garage, my name was on the display and I was.greeted very warmly. Then we were directed to the service person Nichole Willissge was very efficient and friendly. We knew our Tundra was in good hands. The last time we brought our Tundra in for service we noticed a large dent in the panel behind the passenger’s side rear door. I can’t say for sure but I think someone in the shop could have been horseing around and someone landed against that part of my truck and caused the dent. Anyway this time we felt better about leaving my truck. The rest of the time went very smoothly. We got a courtesy car and we were on our way in no time. The next day I received a call from the service department that our Tundra was all done. Thanks for the good service this time. More

Outstanding Customer Service When I walked in, I was greeted with a Good Morning!. As I approached the waiting area, it was a bright and very pleasant area with a huge TV, coffee When I walked in, I was greeted with a Good Morning!. As I approached the waiting area, it was a bright and very pleasant area with a huge TV, coffee, bagels, etc. Within minutes, Andrew texted me and said he would be my technician and if I had any questions, to let him know. Then I noticed the leader board that had every customers name, vehicle and technician working on the car with constant updates. This was a very pleasant surprise and I appreciated the extra steps Toyota took to have this leader board available for the customers. My car was finished in record time, and even went in for a wash! This is my second Toyota that I have purchased, new, and would highly recommend Toyotas to anyone looking for a reliable car with outstanding service. Thank you for making this experience a very pleasant one. More
