Previously I've had excellent service but yesterday I was very disappointed of the way I was treated. I asked the representative to verify that this was my 4th service and he indicated that my 4th service ex very disappointed of the way I was treated. I asked the representative to verify that this was my 4th service and he indicated that my 4th service expired on March 23rd and it was forfeited and my current is going to be counted as the 5th and final and that I would need to pay for the final service. I explained to him that due to the Coronavirus situation I was unable to leave my home and I was less than 10 days overdue and that I didn't appreciate of being penalized and they should have some empathy. His coworker shouted that they should only be talking 1st responders and that they were doing me a favor. They did finally indicate that I should contact customer service. I'm currently unemployed too and cannot afford to pay for any service. Either you grant me the additional 2500 service or the vehicle will not be serviced Thank you . More
