First time in service department for my first service on my brand new car, service department was nice and new, quick service but once I got home noticed some scratches on sides of hood and front part that my brand new car, service department was nice and new, quick service but once I got home noticed some scratches on sides of hood and front part that wasn’t there when I took it in! So called back to service and spoke to manager drove back 30 plus miles and he said he couldn’t take responsibility that it wasn’t done there, he said if it was done there it would have been more damage to the car! If you take your car in someone it should come out the same way if not better then when it went in! Mind you they were by the hood working! He did not even try to attempt to get someone to try to wipe it to see if compound would take it off!! Not a very good first impression service management! Didn’t even attempt to resolve issue! Is this what the future with this service department will be I’ll take my Highlander else where for service! I liked the family environment of the dealership from the sales and I was thinking service would be the same but this isn’t how you treat family point blank! More

Glen Toyota has been such a pleasure to deal with!! This was mainly because our salesperson, John Doyle, was not your typical “pushy car salesman” and instead was just so nice, knowledgeable and down to ear was mainly because our salesperson, John Doyle, was not your typical “pushy car salesman” and instead was just so nice, knowledgeable and down to earth. Glen Toyota is a Costco dealer but since we were ordering a 2020 model in 2019, the Costco price wasn’t available. They were still willing to negotiate with us on price in the meantime, which was extremely helpful. The purchase was seamless and my new RAV4 Hybrid is beautiful! More
