Long story: Brought in my car for an oil chance and checkup. Richard told me he'd call me back at noon. I call at 2pm and he says I need a couple of other parts after the inspection, and that I should be done "before 4". He said he'd call me back when it was done. 5 hours for some new clamps and an oil change is excessive, but what I've come to expect for doing the job right. I call at 430 and speak to the front desk, who hangs up on me when they hear im looking for Richard about my car. I call back 3 more times only to hear the phone get picked up and then hung up. After waiting about an hour I call back and the front desk said Richard left for the day, and I could pick my car up the next day. Since I use it for work, and brought it in 6 hours prior, the receptionist said she'd get the manager and call me back. At 530 I get a call from the manager saying it's been taken care of and I can pick my car up. The process was like pulling teeth, but at least i have my car. They've taken long in the past, but I couldn't believe how carelessly I was treated. More

Attitude and very discriminating I had very bad service. I had two Toyota’s. I asked him if they had a coupon online for changing oil. I spoke with Jason Forkins. He gave me a rude attitude and he said that he had the price in New Jersey. I was trying to leave, but he kept cursing at me and bugging me. He kept telling to shut my mouth and when I asked him for his name he give me the card and told me, do you know how to spell my name, which makes me think that he was discriminating me. Is that way your workers treat customers when they ask a simple question. I will never think of going back there. More
