We have been very, very please with Glenbrook Dodge during our process of buying our Jeep Summit. It started out rough due to the original sales person but the manager took over and from that point on during our process of buying our Jeep Summit. It started out rough due to the original sales person but the manager took over and from that point on it was amazing. We realize individuals chose how to act and we don’t blame the dealership at all for the behavior of the original sales person (who is no longer there). Brandon, Derry and Evan were all very kind, and did everything to make our experience a good one. We will absolutely return to the dealership the next time we need to buy a car. More
